Pablo P\u00e9rez Ahumada es PhD en en Sociolog\u00eda de la Universidad de California, San Diego, EE. UU. (2017), Magister en Sociolog\u00eda de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile (2010) y Soci\u00f3logo y Licenciado en Sociolog\u00eda de la Universidad de Chile (2008).<\/p>\n
Actualmente se desempe\u00f1a como Profesor Asociado del Departamento de Sociolog\u00eda de la Universidad de Chile y como Investigador Adjunto del Centro de Estudios del Conflicto y la Cohesi\u00f3n Social (COES). Es Investigador Responsable del proyecto FONDECYT regular N\u00ba 1230056 (2023\u20132027): \u201cClases sociales, movimientos sindicales y conflicto en tiempos de crisis: un estudio comparativo de Argentina y Chile\u201d y subdirector del Observatorio de Huelgas Laborales (COES \/ UAH). Es autor del libro \u201cBuilding power to shape labor policy: Unions, employer associations, and reform in neoliberal Chile\u201d (The University of Pittsburgh Press, 2023), el cual fue traducido al espa\u00f1ol bajo el t\u00edtulo \u201cPoder de clase y pol\u00edtica laboral: Sindicatos, asociaciones empresariales y reforma en Chile\u201d (Universidad Alberto Hurtado Ediciones, 2024).<\/p>\n
Sus art\u00edculos han sido publicados en revistas como Research in Social Stratification and Mobility, European Journal of Industrial Relations, Business and Politics y Critical Sociology.
